- Authorizing His Excellency the Minister of Islamic Affairs, Advocacy and Guidance – or his representative – to negotiate with the Singaporean side regarding a draft memorandum of understanding in the field of Islamic affairs between the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Advocacy and Guidance in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Islamic Religious Council in the Republic of Singapore, and to sign it, and then Upload the final signed copy, to complete the legal procedures.
- Authorizing His Excellency the Minister of Finance, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the General Customs Authority – or his representative – to negotiate with the Hong Kong side in the matter of a draft agreement between the government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the government of Hong Kong, the Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China on cooperation and mutual assistance in customs matters, and sign it Then upload the final signed copy to complete the legal procedures.
- Amending Paragraph (6) of Article Six of the procedures for transporting dead people in traffic accidents on long roads outside cities, governorates, and centers, issued by Cabinet Resolution No. (344) dated 8/8/1437 AH as mentioned in the decision.

- And Approval of the strategy of the Cooperation Council in the field of labor and manpower in the countries of the Cooperation Council (2020-2025), which was approved by the Supreme Council of the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf in its (forty) session held in Riyadh on 4/13/1441 AH
