Saudi Arabia announced 1147 new Coronavirus cases in the last 24 hours. Ministry of Health announced new cases of coronavirus. The total number of cases is now 11,631 as of 21st April 2020 [03:35 PM]. Makkah has the most number of total cases 2857, following with Riyadh 2358 and Madinah 2008. Details below.
