Saudi Arabia issued a weather warning for several regions of the Kingdom, the latest update is from the Civil defense department on Thursday and the warning is until Saturday. More information below about the regions and weather.

Saudi Arabia issued a weather warning for several regions

The Civil Defense department mentioned that there will thunderstorms with moderate rain but brisk winds in “Riyadh, Madinah, the Eastern Province, the Northern Borders Province, Jawf, Tabuk, Hail and Qassim.” Some areas may experience torrential flows and risk of flooding due to heavy rains. Makkah will also see moderate rain but brisk winds besides the regions mentioned above.

The civil defense called on everyone to be wary of the severe conditions, to stay away from places that could flood, and to abide by the civil defense’s instructions and updates announced through media and social media outlets.
