5. Average Speed Calculation
To prevent drivers from slowing down only when nearing cameras, the system can now calculate the average speed between two Saher cameras, ensuring consistent adherence to speed limits.
6. Detection of Mobile Use and Seat Belt Compliance
With high-resolution, 360° rotating capabilities, the cameras can capture detailed images to identify drivers using mobile phones or not wearing seat belts.
7. Comprehensive Monitoring
The Saher system now extends beyond highways to include service lanes, exit roads, and intersections, ensuring broader surveillance and enhancing overall traffic safety.
8. License Plate Recognition
Equipped with a license plate recognition system, these cameras can identify vehicles at city entrances and exits, aiding in traffic law enforcement and statistical data collection.
