Saudi Arabia announced 1141 new Coronavirus cases in the last 24 hours. Ministry of Health announced new cases of coronavirus. The total number of cases is now 12,772 as of 22nd April 2020 [03:35 PM]. Makkah has the most number of total cases 3172, following with Riyadh 2522 and Madinah 2145. Details below.
