A video clip circulating on social media showed the driver, who had crossed a traffic light and stopped on the pedestrian crossing.

The driver of the vehicle was surprised at the traffic patrol moving towards him, and it appeared that the patrol security officer had asked him to move to the right to register a violation against him.
