Saudi Airlines to allow amendment of open tickets due to suspension of air travel announced recently by Saudi Arabia. On 21st December 2020, Saudi Airlines mentioned about the cancellation and amendment caused by travel suspension on a query.

The national airline of Saudi Arabia responded to a question about the mechanism for delaying flight reservations, after the announcement of temporary travel suspension. They indicated that the tickets can be modified for future travel without fees. However looking at the previous lockdown and travel suspension, it is better to contact the airlines if your flight is affected by the latest change. (Source: Akhbaar)

In another response, the airlines said “Dear guest, in the event that your flight is cancelled due to precautionary measures, we hope to contact the unified call centre “920022222” and choose “services after purchasing tickets” to determine the appropriate alternative or return, noting that the working hours are from 8:00 am to 10:00: 00 p.m. We appreciate your understanding.” (Source: Saudi Airlines)
