  • ( 49) Case in the city of Riyadh.
  • ( 11) Case in Jeddah.
  • Two cases in Mecca.
  • One case each in Madinah, Dammam, Dhahran, Qatif, Al Baha, Tabuk, Bisha, and Hafar Al-Batin.
