The Riyadh Region Police detained an individual of Yemeni nationality and a citizen after they parked their vehicles on a public road, causing traffic disruption and violating public decency, which put others’ lives at risk. This incident was officially recorded, and appropriate legal actions were taken against them. Subsequently, they were referred to the Public Prosecution for further proceedings.
