PPP Riyadh Observed the Twelfth Death Anniversary of Benazir Bhutto

Report by Waqar Naseem Wamiq, Riyadh. Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Riyadh region observed the twelfth death anniversary of former Pakistani Prime Minister. And the party’s chairperson Benazir Bhutto Shaheed at the Saudi capital Riyadh.

The program highly attended by the representatives of many other political parties. PPP workers and the community elders, they paid rich tribute to Bibi Shaheed on her death anniversary.

Speaking on the occasion the President PPP Riyadh region. Ehsan Abbasi has said, “Firstly, the sacrifices of Bhutto family will never go unappreciated. Bhuttoism must be followed to put the country on the path of development. Above all, we are peaceful democratic workers and we believe in anti-violence and we believe that the peoples of Pakistan are the source of power”, Abbasi said.

In addition, many of the speakers including Farah Ehsan, Qazi Ishaq Memon, Sameera Waseem, Wasim Sajid, Sadaqat Hussain, Sardar Abdul Razzaq, Riaz Rathore, and Ijaz Rahim.

Pervez Khatana, Ch. Abdul Majeed Gujjar, Zakaullah Mohsin, Dr. Tariq Aziz, Tasaduq Gilani, Jahangir Bader, Wasim Khan, Mahmood Bajwa, and others also addressed and paid tribute to Bibi Shaheed. Everyone remembering her in the best of their words. “Firstly, the political struggle of Benazir Bhutto will always be remembered and her services and martyrdom so democracy can never be forgotten. Secondly, it is essential that the people of Pakistan support the democratic forces and system to sustain the democracy in Pakistan as told by the Shaheed Bibi”.
