Waqar Naseem Wamiq, Riyadh – MODON Sports organized the indoor sport’s competition at the ARKAN sports center in Riyadh. Totally, 20 cricket teams, 12 football teams, and 20 basketball teams participated in the competitions. They made the event memorable one by their spectacular performances. Several players from various countries, including the Saudi players participated in the competition and showed their best performances.

The month-long event also marked the awards distribution ceremony at the end of the final matches. Khalid-ul-Islam, the in-charge of ARKAN sports Industrial Zone, and Mohammad Dabaan, COO of ARKAN Sports. They distributed the awards among the winners of cricket Baazi Trading, football winners Saudi Ceramics and basketball winners Saudeen.

Ashfaq Butt

Speaking on the occasion, Ashfaq Butt, marketing manager of the ARKAN sports center, has mentioned. Firstly, the ARKAN sports center is the first of its kind providing indoor sports facilities in Saudi Arabia. Secondly, we are determined to provide better facilities to the players, while now extending our scope from Riyadh to Dammam & Jeddah. Thirdly, the expansions of the indoor sports facilities will promote the sports and players will be able to improve their skills. He mentioned that in addition to the capital Riyadh, they are having plans to conduct indoor sports events in Jeddah and Dammam.

In addition, talking to the media, some of the players have said that they are very delighted with the event. And, had gained new experience in indoor sports.
