Go to Settings from the menu.
Tap Battery
Go to Battery Health
Look for Peak Performance Capability and Disable it.

The Feature can be enabled anytime in the future. You can do this by following the same steps mentioned above. The Feature will be activated automatically if your iPhone is facing an unexpected shutdown.
