Opening Ceremony of Riyadh Season – Riyadh Boulevard Inaugurates 600,000 people. Al-Shaykh has said that “600,000 people attended the inauguration of the Boulevard under Riyadh season”.
The participation of the crowd at the Riyadh Boulevard event was beyond expectations. There will be 1.2 million people in just two days, which means that by the end of the week, the number of participants will increase to 10 million.
Addressing the inaugural ceremony, he said that “the extraordinary success of the Riyadh Season could not have been possible without the patronage of Crown Prince Muhammad bin Salman.”
Firstly, Riyadh Boulevard’s opening ceremony witnessed massive fireworks. Secondly, Fireworks in different parts of the city seen throughout Riyadh. Thirdly, in the inaugural march, 1500 people wore special clothing. Apart from special activities on motorcycles, children’s interest also organized during the march. Lastly, The opening ceremony began at 9 pm.
Later, at 10.30 am, a fountain show followed which opened the cinema and cafe restaurant in the open air for visitors. It is to note that under the Riyadh season, Riyadh Boulevard has set up over an area of 4 million square meters where there is a cinema hall, cafes, restaurants, various shops, leisure centers and a theater with room for 22,000 people in the open field.
