Saudization in another profession of the Private sector

The Minister of Human Resources and Social Development M. Ahmed bin Sulaiman Al-Rajhi, a ministerial decision requiring the resettlement of engineering professions in the establishments at a rate of (20%). As the decision comes within a set of decisions to localize the professions that the Ministry worked on in cooperation and partnership with relevant government and supervisory agencies to enable graduates with qualitative qualifications from the people of the country to obtain employment opportunities.

This decision applies to all private sector establishments operating in the Saudi market in which 5 workers or more are employed with engineering professions, and in the event that engineering professions are targeted in previous decisions or subsequent decisions for a specific profession or professions in different proportions in line with the changes in the labor market and its needs, then the localization rate is applied the above.
