How to reset your password in Tawakkalna App

How to reset your password in Tawakkalna App for Citizens, Residents, GCC Citizens, and Visitors in few simple steps.

Citizen/Resident

Steps to follow;

• Open Tawakkalna App.
• Click on Help.
• Select Forgot Password.
• Choose the type of user (Citizen/Resident).
• Fill the required information.
• OTP will be send on the registered mobile number.
• Enter the OTP (One Time Password).
• Set your new password and save.

GCC Citizen/Visitor

Steps to follow;

• Open Tawakkalna App.
• Click on Help.
• Select Forgot Password.
• Choose the type of user (Visitor/Gulf).
• Fill the required information.
• OTP will be send on the registered mobile number.
• Enter the OTP (One Time Password).
• Set your new password and save.
