How to reset your password in Tawakkalna App for Citizens, Residents, GCC Citizens, and Visitors in few simple steps.
Citizen/Resident
Steps to follow;
- Open Tawakkalna App.
- Click on Help.
- Select Forgot Password.
- Choose the type of user (Citizen/Resident).
- Fill the required information.
- OTP will be send on the registered mobile number.
- Enter the OTP (One Time Password).
- Set your new password and save.
GCC Citizen/Visitor
Steps to follow;
- Open Tawakkalna App.
- Click on Help.
- Select Forgot Password.
- Choose the type of user (Visitor/Gulf).
- Fill the required information.
- OTP will be send on the registered mobile number.
- Enter the OTP (One Time Password).
- Set your new password and save.
