Ministry of Health has released a detailed document which includes important information on many topics. Groups most at-risk is also one of the most discussed topics and it has been mentioned in this document. People who come under these criteria are considered vulnerable against COVID-19. Many countries have also shielded these people and gave extra care to these individuals.
Groups most at-risk list for COVID-19 by Ministry of Health
- Those over 65 years of age
- Chronic lung disease, or severe asthma:
Those who were hospitalized at least once in the past six months.
- Chronic heart diseases:
- Heart muscle failure.
- Coronary artery disease, with at least one heart attack during the past year.
- Hereditary immunodeficiency
- Acquired immunodeficiency:
- HIV / AIDS
- Use of immunosuppressants.
- Use of cancer treatment drugs.
- obesity:
People with Body mass index> 40 kg / m 2
- Chronic medical conditions:
- Uncontrolled diabetes that necessitated hypnosis at least once during the past six months
- Hypertension, which necessitated hypnosis at least once during the past six months
- Renal failure (dialysis)
- Cirrhosis of the liver.
- من تجاوزت أعمارهم 65 عاماً
- أمراض الرئة المزمنة، أو الربو الشديد:
لمن تم تنويمه في المستشفى مرة واحدة على الأقل في الستة أشهر الماضية.
- الأمراض القلبية المزمنة:
- قصور في عضلة القلب.
- أمراض الشرايين التاجية مع وجود إصابة قلبية واحدة على الأقل خلال السنة الماضية.
- نقص المناعة الوراثي
- نقص المناعة المكتسب:
- مرض نقص المناعة المكتسب
- استخدام أدوية مثبطة للمناعة.
- استخدام عقارات علاج السرطان.
- السمنة المفرطة:
مؤشر كتلة الجسم>40 كلغ/م2
- الحالات الطبية المزمنة:
- مرض السكري غير المنضبط والذي استدعى التنويم مرة واحدة على الأقل خلال الستة أشهر الماضية
- مرض ارتفاع ضغط الدم والذي استدعى التنويم مرة واحدة على الأقل خلال الستة أشهر الماضية
- الفشل الكلوي – غسيل كلوي
- تليف الكبد.
