Anyone caught transporting pilgrims without Hajj permits shall be punished with imprisonment and a fine for each pilgrim being transported announced by the Jawazat on the official Twitter account.
Anyone caught transporting pilgrims without Hajj permits shall be punished with imprisonment and a fine for each pilgrim being transported, and a demand for the confiscation of the means of land transportation by a court ruling, and the deportation of the violator if he is an expatriate after the execution of the penalty, and a ban on entering the Kingdom according to the period specified by law.
