A circular by Minister Ahmed Al-Rajhi specified the number of conditions for the return of all employees to their workplace, for the employees to continue to attend according to flexible hours, to continue to suspend fingerprints, and to continue the work of the groups most at risk of remote infection, according to the classification of the National Center for Disease Prevention and Control.
The Ministry allowed the head of the government entity or his authorized person to apply remote work for a number of the entity’s employees, provided that their percentage does not exceed 25% of the total employees, provided that the entity enables those who work remotely to perform their duties.
It is noteworthy that the Ministry of Human Resources allowed public sector employees to return to workplaces by 50% as of Shawwal 8 last month, then the percentage increased to 75% since the 29th of the same month.
The flexible working hours system includes that the employees attend the workplace in three groups as follows: The first group starts its work at 7:30 am, the second starts at 8:30 am, and the third starts at 9:30 am.
