Circular GACA – Fully vaccinated passengers from the ban countries
GACA – General Authority of Civil Aviation issued a circular to all airlines carrying fully vaccinated passengers from the ban countries on 25th August 2021.
GACA Circular Subject
Removing the suspension of a direct entry to the Kingdom from countries where entry was suspended for the Kingdom’s residents.
Reference
- Article (23) of the Civil Aviation Act.
- GACA Circular No. (4/79039) dated on 23/11/1442 Hijri.
- Suspension of direct entry of Kingdom’s residents to the Kingdom, from countries where direct entry was suspended, is removed on for Kingdom’s resident permit holders, who have received two doses of Covid19 vacine inside the Kingdom, provided they comply with with all the precautionary measures and health requirements in the Kingdom.
- Failure to comply with the circulars issued by the GACA is an explicit violation of Government’s orders. Legal procedures shall be initiated against violators who will be held responsible.
