Ministry of Interior – A fine of 10000 Saudi Riyals for anyone who tries to reach the Grand Mosque, the central area around it, the holy sites in Makkah without a permit.

A fine will be doubled for repetition of a violation of entering the Grand Mosque, the central area around it, the holy sites without a permit starting from Monday [25th, Dhul-Qa`dah 1442] 5th July 2021 until Friday [13th, Dhu al-Hijjah 1442] 23rd July 2021.
