Tawakkalna App explains steps to issue umrah permit, permits and purchase transportation tickets for the services of the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah for those coming from outside the Kingdom to visit Makkah and Madinah.
Steps to issue Umrah Permit for those coming from outside Kingdom
- Go to Services.
- Scroll down and Select Issue Permits from Hajj and Umrah Services.
- Select the type of permit [Performing Umrah, Praying the Grand Mosque, Praying in the Noble Rawdah for Men and Women, Prophet Visit].
- Continue and select the name of the beneficiary.
- Select the available date and time.
- Select the access point and the city of arrival.
- Click on the Accept the Declaration and Issue the Permit.
- The permit is issued and you can view on the Tawakkalna App.
