Saudi Arabia Citizens to return within 72 hours from UAE and 48 hours from Egypt
There are two options for citizens to return home. One by Land and second by air via Dubai International Airport during the above time. The embassy in Dubai will be able to support the citizens. And Citizens can use Saudia Airline flights.
The Saudi Embassy in Egypt also made a similar announcement but only for two days which is 10th and 11th March 2020. EgyptAir, Flynas and other airlines can be used but the embassy can confirm this.
