Ministry of Commerce can block travel of individuals for these reasons
The Ministry of Commerce has the right to request the Public Prosecution to prevent the travel of anyone suspected of committing the crime
Any of the crimes stipulated in the Anti-Concealment Law, in the following cases:
-If there is clear evidence suggesting that he/she committed a crime under the law.
-If there are reasons to believe that his/her travel is expected, or that he/she is hiding or on the run, and does not respond more than 3 times.
