The High-Speed Train services known as Haramain resumed now between Jeddah and Madinah. The Services started from the new terminal of King Abdulaziz International Airport (KAIA). This is the first time when the train started operating from the airport.
Last Wednesday the train from Jeddah to Madinah boarded by 300 passengers. These services will be great for pilgrims and people visiting Madinah. Jeddah Airport is one of the busiest airports in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Most international flights from countries like India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, United Kingdom, and many others arrive at Jeddah Airport. These super-fast services will make pilgrim’s life easy.
On 29th September, the station had a fire incident after which it was temporarily suspended. The services between the Makkah-Jeddah-Madinah route will be operational very soon. The train services will be affordable for everyone. It will also be helpful for the local citizens as they will not have to worry about parking in holy cities. Parking has always been an issue for these cities.
The Haramain Train is the best way to travel between the Holy cities for pilgrims. This news brings happiness to the people & great achievement by the government on resuming the Haramain Train this early.
