Gina originally launched in Nice, France, and operates for both lunch and dinner. The restaurant, under the guidance of Chef Geraldine Rapp, prides itself on authentic flavors and high-quality ingredients, many of which are sourced from Italy. The menu focuses on Mediterranean cuisine, offering a wide range of starters, pizzas, pastas, risottos, fish, meats, and sides.

The starters at Gina include Burrata, Fritto Misto, and Parmigiana. Pasta dishes feature Alle Vongole spaghetti with clams, Ravioli with ricotta cheese, tomato sauce, and spinach, and Tartufo rigatoni with truffle and parmesan. The fish selection ranges from Filet de Loup to Sole Belle Meuniere, while the meat offerings include Orecchia Di Elefante and Scaloppina.
