First Phase

Allowing the performance Umrah for citizens and residents from within the Kingdom, starting from Sunday 17 Safar 1442 AH corresponding to October 4, 2020 AD, at a rate of 30% (6 thousand pilgrims today) of the absorptive capacity that takes into account the health precautionary measures of the Grand Mosque.

Second Phase

Allowing the performance of Umrah, visitation, and prayers For citizens and residents from inside the Kingdom, starting from Sunday 1 Rabi-al -Awwal 1442 AH corresponding to October 18, 2020 AD. At a rate of 75% (15,000 pilgrims today, 40,000 worshipers / day) of the capacity that takes into account the health precautionary measures of the Grand Mosque. As well as from the absorptive capacity that takes into account the health precautionary measures for the honorable kindergarten in the Prophet’s Mosque.

Third Phase

Permission to perform Umrah, visit and prayers for the citizen Yen and residents from inside and outside the Kingdom, starting from Sunday 15 Rabi-al-Awwal corresponding to November 1, 2020 AD, until the official announcement of the end of the Coronavirus pandemic or the disappearance of the danger, by 100% (20 thousand pilgrims/day, 60 thousand serum/day of energy Absorption that takes into account the sanitary precautionary measures of the Grand Mosque. Also, 100% of the absorptive capacity that takes into account the health precautionary measures of the Prophet’s Mosque. The arrival of pilgrims and visitors from outside the Kingdom will be gradually, and from the countries in which the Ministry of Health decides that there are no health risks related to the Corona pandemic.

The fourth stage

Permitting the performance of Umrah, visiting and prayers for citizens and residents from inside and outside the Kingdom, at a rate of 100% of the natural capacity of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque, when the competent authority decides that the risks of the pandemic will disappear. 2- The entry of pilgrims, worshipers, and visitors is regulated through the application (Umrahna). This will be launched by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah. With the aim of enforcing the health standards and controls approved by the Ministry of Health and the competent authorities.
