UAE Residents can return to the Country from June 1st 2020. The residents who are stuck abroad due to the current pandemic. This will be good news for foreign nationals who have their families in the United Arab Emirates. The current condition has separated many families and friends but this action will be welcomed by everyone. More details below.
UAE Residents can return to the Country from 1st June
The United Arab Emirates is aiming safe return of their residents back to the country, Emirates News agency stated. Any resident with a valid residency permit outside the country is eligible to return. The Residents will need to register for Resident Entry Permit on smartservices.ica.gov.ae.
In addition, 6,500 foreign nationals already returned to the UAE during the travel lockdown. UAE has also increased the curfew by two hours. This action will start from 20th May 2020 and aims for national disinfection drive. The curfew will now be from 6 pm in the evening till 6 am in the morning.
