Transfer workers services from one establishment to another without the employer’s consent is the latest question asked from the Human Resources. The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development always implement high standards and practices in the Kingdom. Here is the reply from the HR Ministry.
Transfer workers services from one establishment to another without the employer’s consent
The Ministry said that it is permissible to transfer a worker’s services from one establishment to another without the consent of the current employer if the worker’s licence and residency have expired.
This came in response to the customer care account to an inquiry about the possibility and options of transferring a worker’s services without the consent of the sponsor.
