International Flights suspension
Saudi Press Agency – Extending suspension of international flights. Entering to Saudi Arabia through Land, Sea Ports for another week stated by the official source at Ministry of Interior.
Official Statement
An official source at the Ministry of Interior stated that, in reference to the statement issued on 20/12/2020, regarding the spread of a new strain of the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) in a number of countries.
The precautionary measures decided in this regard, such as suspending international flights for travelers, except in exceptional cases, temporarily for a week, which can be extended for another week.
Suspension of entry to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia through the land and seaports, temporarily for a week, which can be extended for another week.
Therefore, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s government decided to extend the aforementioned measures for another week, to continue assessing the situation, and to ensure the safety of citizens and expatriates.
With an emphasis on excluding the movement of goods, commodities, and supply chains, as well as allowing the departure of Non-Saudis through flights, according to the precautionary measures adopted by the Ministry of Health.
