Saudia Airlines announced no cancellation and re-booking fees
The waiver is applied to all domestic and international flights. These are the details on their official website but this is because of Coronavirus travel disruption. Domestic Airlines are all flights within Saudi Arabia and International flights that are departing to/from Saudi Arabia.
For international flights: SAUDIA to waive all tickets and EMDs restrictions on all international flight departing From\To the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This waiver applies on tickets issued (On/Before) 31 Mar 2020 for individual passengers with confirmed bookings commencing for travel (On/Before) 15 April 2020 only.

For Domestic Airlines: SAUDIA to waive all tickets and EMDs restrictions on all domestic flight in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This waiver applies on all domestic flight tickets issued (On\Before) 04 Mar 2020 with confirmed bookings commencing for travel from 04 March 2020 to 15 April 2020 only.
