GACA allowed non-Saudi passengers to leave the Kingdom

GACA permitted foreign airlines to carry non-Saudi passengers outside the Kingdom. Inbound flights to Saudi Arabia still under temporary suspension. The Circular by GACA only stated that outbound flights carrying non-Saudi passengers are permitted to leave the Kingdom.

Airlines are permitted to carry non-Saudi passengers outside the Kingdom, taking into account precautionary measures to prevenet the spread of COVID-19.

Foreign airlines are permitted to operate flights for this purpose must not allow the crew to leave the aircraft and not to physically contract the ground/operation staff of the arrival airport, taking into account precautionary measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

The instructions do not include the countries where the new strain of COVID-19 has appeared, according to what is decided by the competent health authority and airlines must coordinate with the Air Transport department before applying for flights.
