These measures, spearheaded by the Ministry of Interior and the Affairs of the Two Holy Mosques Authority, underscore the kingdom’s commitment to ensuring a serene and secure environment for worshippers.

As part of efforts to ease congestion during the peak pilgrimage season, the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has advised worshippers to utilize hotel prayer rooms instead of adding to the crowds at the Grand Mosque, especially during the last ten days of Ramadan.

Furthermore, to streamline the flow of pilgrims, the Saudi government has implemented a regulation prohibiting individuals from performing Umrah more than once during the holy month. These proactive steps aim to enhance the spiritual journey for all those undertaking the sacred pilgrimage to Mecca.
