Sandstorm & dusty weather
Dr. Khaled Al-Zaq said that he expects most regions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to witness the sandstorm & dusty weather from Thursday, 11th March 2021 and Friday, 12th March 2021.
Al-Zaq clarified that the rising surface winds will affect most of the regions, with an exciting displacement of the creeping dirt and dust stuck in the open places, stressing that road users need to be alert to and follow the precautions.
He also indicated that the parts most affected by this weather condition are;
- Riyadh.
- The Northern Borders.
- Al-Jawf.
- Hail.
- Hafr Al-Batin.
- Al-Qassim.
- Afif.
- Al-Samman.
- Al-Sulayyil.
- Najran.
