Royal order by King Salman on exams before Eid ul Fitr. The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz issued his order to offer the exams for the second semester of the current academic year 1442 AH to male and female students, so that all exams will end before the beginning of the blessed Eid Al-Fitr vacation.

The order stipulated that the beginning of the second semester exams for the elementary stage would be on Tuesday 1/9/1442 AH corresponding to 4/13/2021 AD, and the beginning of the vacation for students of kindergarten and elementary school at the end of the working hours on Thursday 9/10/1442 AH corresponding to 4/22/2021 AD.
The intermediate and high school examinations begin on Sunday 6/9/1442 AH corresponding to 4/18/2021 AD, and the beginning of the vacation for male and female students in the intermediate and high levels at the end of the working hours on Thursday 9/17/1442 AH corresponding to 4/29/2021 AD.
Public and private university education institutions and the General Organization for Technical and Vocational Training determine the dates for the exams, provided that the end of all exams is before the beginning of the blessed Eid al-Fitr vacation.
The decision came out of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques’ based on what was presented by the Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister and Chairman of the Council of Economic Affairs and Development Prince Muhammad bin Salman.
