Name change on tickets and refund process update by Saudi Airlines has been clarified, two of the most asked questions by the customers. Due to coronavirus, travel is affected worldwide and people struggled travelling to other countries. Here is the answer to the questions mentioned above.

The question of changing the name on the flight ticket or changing the traveller name, the airline has replied that it is not possible to change the name on tickets. The ticket purchased under the name is only allowed to travel on that name. The question was answered where a person asked the question of transferring ownership of the ticket from one person to another who wishes to travel.
Regarding the refund process in the case, the traveller decides not to travel. The refund process can take from 3 working days to 21 days where the payment method was cash. However, a credit card payment refund can take up to 45 days. Here is the link to request a refund.
