King Salman new development area in Riyadh
The contract for the King Salman Neighbourhood ( حيالملك سلمان)development project was recently awarded. The neighborhood extends over an area of more than 6 million square meters after merging the Al Waha and Salah al-Din neighborhoods. Gates will be created for the entrances and exits of the neighborhood, linking it with the main roads surrounding it, and paying attention to humanizing it according to the Salman architectural style, which is expected.
The neighborhood will be in the Salmanian style, connected to King Salman Park, and is expected to be completed during the year 2026.
