Hajj and Eid Dates announced by Saudi Arabia for the year 2020/1441. The Eid this year will not be the same but we can always celebrate this cautiously. Hajj also is only allowed for limited people who have already started isolating and preparation to start their journey.

The experts today started the moon sighting as per the order of the Supreme Court of Saudi Arabia. The date suggested was 20th July 2020, Monday. As expected by the astronomical experts, the Arafat day will stand next Thursday, 30th July. The Eid Ul Adha’s first day will be celebrated on 31st July 2020, Friday.
It is not possible to see the crescent of the month of Dhu al-Hijjah at the Tamir Observatory, and tomorrow is the complement to the month, and on Friday after the next, the first day of Eid al-Adha.

It is suggested to use proper hygiene and extra care during this blessed time. Prayers will be allowed for Eid but in selective mosques which are prepared for the Coronavirus. A video below mentions details about that.
