Ministry explained that the Criminal Court in Makkah issued a ruling imposing a fine on the station, closing the violating facility for a week. And publishing the text of the judgment in a newspaper at the expense of the violator.
The Ministry of Commerce stresses monitoring the commitment of fuel stations to protect consumers. Controlling violations of the anti-commercial fraud system. And applying statutory penalties, which amount to 3 years imprisonment, and financial fines of up to one million riyals or both.
