Emergency Coronavirus Vaccine usage starts in Bahrain

Bahrain permitted the emergency use of the new vaccine for front line workers. This includes people who interact with other infected people or related groups. The Health Minister of Bahrain Faiqa bint Saeed Al-Saleh has confirmed that Vaccines comes with the aim of providing safety means and protecting the groups that deal with the infected from any dangers they may face due o the nature of their work.

The Health Minister also mentioned the success of the first and second stages of vaccine trials. The safety and effectiveness of the vaccine show promising results without any serious issues. The Third phase is also showing similar positive results in clinical trials.

Emergency use of the vaccine comes as a continuation of coordination and cooperation efforts with the United Arab Emirates. UAE announced the authorization in September for front line workers.
