Electronic Payments in shops mandatory from 25th August
- Requiring all commercial establishments in the retail sector to provide electronic payment options as of August 25.
- The commercial establishment has the right to prevent the consumer from entering in the event of non-compliance with the precautionary measures followed to confront a virus.
- Ministry increases the penalties, protects the whistleblowers, and rewards the whistleblower with 30% of the fine.
- Supervision tours of commercial establishments are continuing in cooperation with the regions’ secretariats.
- In the presence of the text of a final court ruling, the Ministry of Commerce can defame any violator of the regulations.
