Eid Holidays announced for private and public sector employees in Saudi Arabia. This news has been reported on official channels such as the Saudi Press Agency on 20th July 2020. Details below.

Eid Holidays announced for private and public sector

The Private Sector Employees holidays will be from the end of 29th July until 2nd August. This equals to four days. And The Public Sector will be having two weeks off. This will start from the end of July 23rd 2020 until August 8th 2020. The work will resume on August 9th 2020.

According to labor laws, if the holiday dates fall on an employee’s usual weekend, he or she shall be compensated for the days before or after the holiday, according to a Ministry of Labor and Social Development statement carried by SPA.
