Eid Al-Adha expected date announced by the astronomers in Saudi Arabia. The astronomers have made a prediction that the expected beginning of Eid will be 31st July 2020, Friday. Member of Arab Union for Astronomy and Space Sciences mentioned on Saturday.

The second Eid or Eid Al-Adha is celebrated after the annual Hajj pilgrimage. People from around the world visit Makkah to perform Hajj and celebrate Eid at the end of it. There is no surety that Hajj will be allowed to people due to Coronavirus, but some newspapers have mentioned that it may be considered to cancel. However, there has been no official news on Hajj being cancelled or allowed.

“The crescent of the lunar month of Dhu Al Hijjah 1441 is to be spotted on Monday, July 20, 2020, at 9:33 p.m. – UAE time,” the astronomer Ibrahim al-Jarwan said.

“July 22 will mark the first day of Dhu Al Hijjah month and Friday, July 31, shall be the first day of Eid Al Adha, according to astronomical calculations,” he added.
