In the Eastern Region, patrols from the General Department of Mujahideen have arrested two Bangladeshi residents for promoting the illegal drug methamphetamine, commonly known as “shabu.” The suspects have been detained, and the necessary legal actions have been taken. They have been referred to the appropriate authorities for further investigation.

Call for Public Assistance – Shabu 

Security authorities are urging citizens and residents to report any information related to drug smuggling or promotion of Shabu or Methamphetamine. Reports can be made by calling the following numbers:

  • 911 for Makkah Al-Mukarramah, Riyadh, and the Eastern Province
  • 999 for other regions of the Kingdom
  • 995 for the General Directorate of Narcotics Control
  • Email: 995@gdnc.gov.sa

All reports will be handled with the utmost confidentiality to ensure the safety and privacy of the informants.
