Spontini Pizza is a family-run establishment with a history dating back to 1953. Originally known as Cibi Cotti, the restaurant evolved into Spontini, specializing in selling pizzas by the slice. The first Spontini restaurant, located just off Corso Buenos Aires in Milan, quickly gained a reputation for its delicious and affordable pizzas. The recipe for their signature Pizza Al Taglio has remained unchanged for decades, a testament to its timeless appeal.
