A- Login to Absher platform and click on Edit User information, at the top of the page to change your e-mail address.
Q- Can I add my mobile number on Absher platform to my parent’s account with the same number?
A- No, you cannot; to avoid disrupting your account, you should not use the same mobile number for two different accounts on Absher platform.
Q- How is a driving authorization issued through Absher platform?
A- It is done by logging into your Absher platform account and Selecting:
– Vehicle Services > Service > Vehicle Management > Select the Vehicle > Issue a Driving Authorization..
Q- How can I book an appointment to issue a driving license through Absher platform?
A- Login to your Absher platform account and then, Select Appointments – Traffic- Issuing Driving License.
Q- Can a citizen’s wife register on Absher platform?
A- Yes, She can register on Absher platform.
