The General Directorate of Civil Defense announced on Wednesday, 05/08/2020 that they were able to evacuate 11 families in 5 regions and saved 700 people during the period of 5-14 Dhu-al-Hajjah 1441H. 700 people saved and evacuated 11 families in 5 regions of Saudi Arabia
The details during the media centre discussion mentioned that 11 families were evacuated in the following five regions:
- Makkah
- Madinah
- Asir
- Jizan
- and Al Baha
The reason for evacuation arose because of torrential rain and weather conditions in the above-mentioned areas. Asir region has the highest number of rescue cases and Madinah had the lowest.
