5 Tallest Towers in Saudi Arabia – Since 2014, 100 towers/skyscrapers constructed in the city of Riyadh. After the immense success, Riyadh city is now the third city with most skyscrapers after Dubai and Abu Dhabi in the Middle East.

5: Kingdom Centre

The Kingdom Tower was completed in 2002 it was the tallest tower then after surpassing the Fasaliyah Towers. One of the identities of the city, the Kingdom Tower is an iconic design by the team of Ellerbe Becket and Omrania, selected through an international design competition. The Kingdom tower is 302.3 m (991.80 ft.) tall.

Besides being beautiful, it has the sky bridge on the 99th floor which is a 300-ton steel structure. It takes two elevators to reach there and by paying fees.

4: KAFD World Trade Center

The 303 meters (994 ft.) tall World Trade Center in King Abdullah Financial District. Hereby, it is the third tallest skyscraper in Riyadh & fourth tallest in Saudi Arabia. The World Trade Center Skyscraper, designed by the Gensler.

Besides, a having prime location in KAFD. The design of the tower also attracts the eyes of people driving through King Fahd Road.

3: Burj Rafal

Burj Rafal is a hotel, which is the third tallest skyscraper in Saudi Arabia & the second tallest in Riyadh. Which is 308 m (1,010 ft.) tall & cost about US$320 million. The Burj Rafal is located at the edge of the Riyadh on King Fahd Road towards Al Qaseem near Malqa District. It opened for public in 2014, the 70 floors hotel constructed on an exclusive 20,000 sqm plot. Burj Rafal has about 350 rooms and is the tallest residential building in Riyadh. It is also one of the tallest hotels in the world.

2: Capital Market Authority Headquarters – Riyadh

CMAH Tower is the tallest skyscraper in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia which is 385 m (1,263 ft.) tall. The construction started back in 2010 and topped-out in 2014. Which makes CMAH tower the tallest building in Riyadh, surpassing the Burj Rafal and Kingdom Centre.

HOK and Omrania designed this beautiful tower of 76-story. Which is one of the most high-tech skyscrapers and the centerpiece of the KAFD, Riyadh.

1: Clock Tower – Makkah

The Abraj Al-Bait is a seven skyscraper hotel in Makkah owned by the government of Saudi Arabia. Which is 601 m (1,972 ft.) tall & cost about US$15Billion. These towers are a part of the King Abdul-Aziz Endowment Project that aims to modernize the city in catering to its pilgrims. The world’s largest clock face is the central hotel tower which has the clocks on all four sides with a giant Minaret at the top. It is the fifth tallest freestanding man-made structure in the world.
