3 new violations of Precautionary and Preventive measures | Ministry of Interior
Ministry of Interior – In addition to what was previously announced, additional protocols related to establishments. 3 new violations to the precautionary and preventive measures in order to confront the Covid19 pandemic.
Violations
- Allowing entry to non-vaccinated persons is a violations.
- Violation of not using the permit to control the capacity of shops, malls and centers with a capacity of more than 100 people.
- A violation of non-compliance with the numbers allowed persons within the facility.
It was decided by the Ministry to amend the closure penalty for violating facilities to the supervisory authority on the private sector, within its supervisory area, when necessary, impose a closure penalty not exceeding 6 months.
The ministry highlighted the importance of all individuals and companies sticking to the approved instructions related to health safety requirements, social distancing rules, and the prevention of gatherings in all their forms and locations.
